Our mission is to create and multiply Jesus Circles - discipleship communities where people encounter the person of Jesus through engaging, interactive, Christ-centered study. We initiate and support the formation of these circles by training, coaching, and equipping leaders who faithfully replicate the model, cultivating a sustainable, city-wide movement of discipleship.

It offers a unique and much-needed perspective by focusing closely on the life of Christ during His 33 years on earth. "I have been part of a Person of Jesus (POJ) class taught by Amanda and Brian Morgan in Lakeland, FL for 2 years. I love the interactive style of delivery, the in depth discussions, and applications of what we learn about Jesus’ life during his human existence. I have learned that Jesus lived his human life modeling and teaching how he wants us as Christians to behave and live. The units of study, Compassion, Dependence, Honesty, Passion Give us concrete examples of how Jesus expects us to interact with others, care and serve one another, and values to practice that glorify his name. "Person of Jesus, a study of love was my first group study since my retirement, relocation and the beginning of my new season of renewal. A casual invitation from a church acquaintance to a group that didn’t require lots of preparation, revolving curriculum so I could re-visit weeks I missed in the next teaching cycle and an opportunity to meet other seekers of Jesus both those casually curious and those courageously committed to pursuit of truth, love and a life of purpose. My first leader Amanda in an all-women’s group and now her husband Brian in a co-ed group both offer a refreshingly reflective and vulnerable transparency to the study atmosphere. The structure of the group invites curiosity into the heart of God and a reflective investigation of my own heart. I hear from a diversity of ages, stages of life, church experiences, lifestyles all contributing their understanding and questions to further my exploration of Jesus and my life as a follower of Jesus as I participate in the study. POJ gives me great opportunity to grow in my transformation as an image bearer of my heavenly Father as Jesus so beautifully demonstrated for us with his life on earth. My husband recently joined me in the co-ed study and though we are very different people, as most couples are, his first visit to POJ left him with an excitement and joy to continue to attend POJ. What I struggled to articulate to him about this study being so different from many we have experienced in our 37-year journey of following Jesus together; he was able to experience in his first time attending Person of Jesus.
