Learning to Love Ministries equips believers in Central Florida with practical, Christ centered tools to love well, and empowers them to multiply that love by discipling others.

Our method is built on a simple principle: the Gospel is the teacher, the group is the student. No expert required and no curriculum to buy. Just an open Bible.

A Jesus Circle is a six-to-eight week small group study built around a single question: Who is this Jesus?

Each week, a trained host gathers a small group (friends, neighbors, coworkers) and works through eight carefully chosen moments from the Gospels—encounters where people met Jesus face-to-face and walked away transformed.

  • "Person of Jesus, a study of love was my first group study since my retirement, relocation and the beginning of my new season of renewal. A casual invitation from a church acquaintance to a group that didn’t require lots of preparation, revolving curriculum so I could re-visit weeks I missed in the next teaching cycle and an opportunity to meet other seekers of Jesus both those casually curious and those courageously committed to pursuit of truth, love and a life of purpose. My first leader Amanda in an all-women’s group and now her husband Brian in a co-ed group both offer a refreshingly reflective and vulnerable transparency to the study atmosphere. The structure of the group invites curiosity into the heart of God and a reflective investigation of my own heart. I hear from a diversity of ages, stages of life, church experiences, lifestyles all contributing their understanding and questions to further my exploration of Jesus and my life as a follower of Jesus as I participate in the study. POJ gives me great opportunity to grow in my transformation as an image bearer of my heavenly Father as Jesus so beautifully demonstrated for us with his life on earth.
